How to make matcha hot chocolate
Sift matcha powder into a small bowl or jar.
Pour in hot water and whisk using a bamboo chasen or electric frother until frothy and smooth. Set aside.
In a small saucepan, heat the milk over medium-low heat, just until steaming (but not boiling).
Add the chopped white chocolate and stir until melted and smooth.
Add in a pinch of salt and vanilla extract and give it a stir.
Pour the whisked matcha into the warmed white chocolate milk and stir to combine.
